In April 2017 I visited the Faroes Islands for the first time on holiday with my wife and the following images were taken during our daily adventures around the archipelago.
I didn't photograph any glorious sunrises or sunsets (it was a holiday afterall) but conditions that most travelers probably experience when they visit and what I believe is representative of the country. We visited a lot of coastal locations where the opportunities for seascapes and long exposure photography in particular are in abundance.
These images represent just a selection of shots taken during the trip which I will be adding to in time. You can follow me on social media or sign up to my newsletter to find out when I add new work to this gallery.
