Rusty at Rusky

It's been a while since I've been out with the camera but I ventured up to Loch Rusky for the first time on Saturday with a fellow photographer.

We arrived in advance of sunrise and were set up waiting (hoping is probably more accurate) on a nice colourful sunrise. It started with promise but failed to materialise and we were left with a cloudy sky and little light.

However, it wasn't a wasted trip... it was nice to get the camera dusted off ahead of landscape season and I was able to get a couple of photographs of a new location albeit to be replaced in due course with better ones!

Photography is my passion. I love being outside, camera set up, waiting on the first light of the day.
