Out to Sea

This is the first photograph from my recent trip to Suffolk.

It was taken early one morning on the beach near Aldeburgh looking out to sea beyond the silhouette of four groynes standing firm as the waves sweep around them.

The area around Aldeburgh and Slaughden offers some great opportunities for long exposure photography with a number of different styles of groynes along the beach, some of which I will post in the future.
