Twillingate Huts

This is another series from our summer trip to Newfoundland, this time coming from fishing village of Twillingate on the northern coast.

These photographs are of the fisherman's huts that are scattered along the waters edge which you come across as you move from cove to cove.

The huts are all painted a beautiful burnt sienna colour and stuck at the end of what in most instances is a precarious wooden pier.

This is one area which I could happily return to and spend many hours photographing the huts, piers and surroundings.
