Autumn Mist

It has been a while since I was last out with my camera but as the colours begin to turn in the trees I took the opportunity to venture to the Trossachs on Saturday morning in search of the glorious autumnal colours we all love to photograph (or try to).

The original destination in mind was Loch Rusky but the ‘car park’ was full so it was a trip up to Loch Ard. While the colours were lacking (it’s probably another week or two away yet) the morning mist provided a bit of atmosphere… if only there had been a touch more light (we’re never happy!)

Here are four images from the trip taken at Loch Ard and Loch Chon, all with a Nikon D800 and Nikon 70-200mm F4 lens.
