Snow Melt
We spent Easter weekend up in the Cairngorms and ventured up on to the mountains on Easter Sunday for a walk. Unfortunately we didn't get far as we would have liked as snow forced us to turn back but not before I managed to get the camera out for a quick photograph.
The sun was high in the sky shining down on the untouched snow and I stumbled across a small river, exposed in deep snow, weaving its way down the snowy hillside.
A couple of feet to the right would have been the perfect position but then I would have been up to my waist in snow and standing in the river underneath!
